Kinesiology is a way of letting your body do the talking when it comes to finding the underlying cause of physical or emotional imbalances within your body.
Using a combination of traditional Chinese meridian systems and muscle monitoring, Kinesiology taps into your body’s subconscious and find underlying stresses, whether from an electrical, emotional, ecological or structural source. Your body will then communicate how it wants to rectify those imbalances.

To receive the most benefit from your sessions, it is recommended to book several appointments 1-2 weeks apart. Once your symptoms begin to lessen, monthly appointments are recommended. After experiencing the benefits of Kinesiology, you will want to keep Kinesiology as part of your regular mind, body and spirit self-care practice.
Kinesiology can also be performed over distance, so I am pleased to announce that I will now be providing online sessions via Zoom.
