Kinesiology is the answer
Your body communicates through tension, pain, fatigue and emotional overwhelm. It’s not something to numb or ignore – it’s information. When we pause and listen, profound healing becomes possible. And that’s exactly what happens in a session.
Maybe that knot in your shoulder isn’t really about your shoulder, maybe it’s years of carrying everyone else’s stress and never putting it down. Maybe your gut has been sluggish since a relationship ended, but nobody’s ever made that connection. Maybe that feeling of never get ahead financially is because some part of you doesn’t feel safe holding more.
A kinesiology session gets to the root cause of your issue by going to the source, asking the right questions, and knowing what to do with the answers.
So, what does a kinesiology session look like?
In a nutshell, a kinesiology (pronounced kin-easy-ology) session is like interviewing your body. It’s holding on to things it’s witnessed or experienced in the past, and we use the right questioning and a bit of detective work to find exactly what it’s been holding, where it’s sitting, and what processes, movements or pattern changes it needs to let it go. Every time we find something new, we follow that thread to see the next layer the body is ready to present and heal.
It could be your body remembers the stress of something that happened when you were six, needing us to simply acknowledge that you hadn’t felt safe. Or maybe, that time you were let go from work is still running in your nervous system, showing up as an ache in your neck – and your body might show us the sequences of movements that finally lets it release.
Your body naturally wants to heal, we just need to find what is in the way of allowing that to happen.
Our mind and body are always talking to each other. The problem is, most of that conversation happens on a subconscious level (roughly 95% of your day), so trying to unravel what is going on can feel impossible when you can’t see what is going on most of the time. By tapping into your subconscious through gentle muscle testing, we get the answers without needing to logic our way there.
And when we get those answers, sometimes just knowing you’ve finally received the message is all your body needs to begin healing. Other times it will ask for a ‘correction’, which could be anything from clearing energetic blockages, rewinding limiting beliefs and releasing stuck emotions, to healing ancestral patterns or past-life stories (and so much more).

My home-based clinic is conveniently based in the seaside suburb of Seacliff, South Australia. Parking is available on the street or you are very welcome to park your car in the driveway. If you are travelling from Adelaide, or anywhere along the Seaford train line, my clinic is a short walk from the Seacliff train station. Bus services are available along Brighton Road or Kauri Parade.
